03/12/2009 (Thur) 农历10月17日- Third night at Peya Lebar. I am impressed that tonight is another new group of singers. I am still waiting for Qiu Wen to sing but duno whether he had sing while i am still on my way to the area. Anywhere, i enjoyed every getai totally.

Tonight managed to get seat at 9 pm. Tonight group of singers are mostly young ppl like Bao Bei Jie Mei, Lin Shi ling etc. The youngest is the 6 year old kid, Not too sure of her name but can be checked online.

Still did not get to upload photos, most likely will do so tonight for monday getai. As for the rest, need to wait till i got time to upload. I wonder how many viewer actually read what i wrote so far as my chatboard is always empty. I felt that by blogging, it make memory of what i felt or think at the time i watched certain peformance. The photos captured the happy moments and freeze that special look for each person. I am going to take photos with my cat and use that as my facebook profile.

Mai Hui, i wish she will not keep singing 天路.I had been hearing like 4 time of this song from her. I do not really know how to appreciate this song althought this is hot in China. In singapore, still Hokkien songs rock mostly.

02/12/2009 (Wed) 农历10月16日: Second night at this getai. Today singers are mostly some older singers like Ru ping and Qiong Fang but it is a nice night. Qiong Fang's songs are esp nice when she sang 尤雅's songs. I liked her hokkein song ' 等无人'. This song is one of my favourite songs in my MP3 player. This is the first time i head this song on getai so it is extremely refreshing to hear this song by Qiong Fang.

I am not sure when i can get to upload photos, now got 3 group of getai photos not yet uploaded. I am going for getai today as well. Tml may be will be going to same place @ peya lebar. But for Sat i am going to hougang to support my favourite host cum singer, Hao Hao. I am very excited to know he's hosting at Hougang this sat. Will ask dad to go early so that i can get good seats to take photos and videos.

1/12/2009 (Mon)农历9月15日: Today we went to Paya Lebar MRT open field, it is actually opposite Tg Katong Complex. We had took direct bus 76 to the area.

Today is a worthwhile trip as i got to hear Hao Hao sing. I love to hear him sing, was actually disappointed that he did not sing any songs when he host on Mon at Geylang bahru. Today he had sing 3 songs and on his third song,he had help the host sell some temple hongbao. I only managed to take video for his first two songs.

The getai ended at 11 pm. There were no available chairs but a uncle find mum a seat while i myself get seats from ppl whom left the area halfway. I did not stand very long actually, just like 10 min where i actually managed to find a nice location to shoot my photos. While shooting hao Hao video, there is this little boy that is extremely interested in my camera so my second video turned out to be shaky toward the end. Very playful boy lor but when i asked him that i wanted to take his photo, he ran away. What a nice way to reject little boy from trying to take my camera away.

Today singers are Esther ng, Ho Pei Ling, Lu wei lun, Zhu li li, Qi Xuan, Man Lou(china singer). - not sure still got whom but will amend again. There will be 8 getai at the same area for temple celeberation. I felt like going for all nights but most likely will limited myself some 'off' days.

30/11/2009: Today We went to Blk 93 Geylang Bahru to watch getai. Mum and i only reached the area at 8.20pm where we saw Zhu Li Li singing her first song. It is not that difficult to reach the area, we took bus 25/55 and transfer bus 107 that go direct to the area.

It is nice to see Hao Hao and Liu Ling Ling as they are super funny. I think they are the best conbimation hosts where both made the best partners together. Heard dad mentioned the getai started at 7pm so when mum and i arrived at 8.20pm, almost half the show was gone. But i did enjoy the getai very much esp to be able to see Hao Hao in the stage.

Hao Hao Promoting his trip to Shenzhen with his fans club members. If the trip is shorter, i may consider going. And weather will definitely be v cold.

Lim Shi Ling, heard from Hao Hao that she had earned her 'singer' title after passing 5 songs. I wonder how is the review for singers title like, is it like idol competition that type?
