04.06.10 (Fri) 农历4月22日 - Today had a surprise to really see Taiwan 连环泡. Heard someone mentioned when i took bus 76 home on Wednesday after i went home from the AMK getai. I am thinking wow, really hire him as host mah.
Frankly speaking, I do not like 连环泡. Firstly, I dislike how he told the media that he is here to change Getai culture. Who is he to change Getai Culture. I remember in a media interview, he mentioned the same thing. In the 05.06.10 Saturday Shin Min Newspaper, he also said he is here to change and increase Singapore Getai Culture. Heard the Shin Min paper mentioned his rate as a host used to be $2200 16 years ago but right now, his current rate is $1000. It is true that currently no host can get this rate of $2200 per night host but that was 16 donkey years ago when there is no north east line and circle line. The times had changed. There are many hosts so the rate for host will definitely be affected. As a fact, if he insisted that he is still so good, he can insist on his 16 years old rate for $2200 since he is so very confident that he can change Singapore Getai Culture. I think his value had depreciate like old car. He earn $2200 when he was 40 years old that made him depreciate $75 every year so he is now value at $1000. Unless he is an Antique, his value will either stay the same or drop further. If a person is old car, no matter what he do, he will deprecaite. but if a person is an Antique, his value will increase without any question asked as The taizu do value the talent.
He is really KNS and really 自大 to say that he is here to change Singapore Getail Culture. He can only give suggestion, not change.. he is not the founder of Getai.. KNS... I wish he is not so big head so that i cam like him better but NO.. he is really really KNS... eeee. I doubt he is very popular in the Getai Industry as by saying this, he is also suggesting indirectly that currently, our Getai hosts are very boring and had no fresh ideas to improvise Singapore Getai. The only difference for 连环泡 hosting and other hosts like Wang Lei is 连环泡 will change into a new look after the second songs of a singer. But then, other than talking crap with the singer AGAIN, i do not find anything special for his second appearance in another look anymore special as his appearance is merely to talk only or just join in the dance. Otherall, he is only good at talking crap.
Secondly why i do not like him, i do not like him to degrade woman by wearing a woman custome with two balls as his asset. The late Lin Li used to do that too and that is why in the past, i always associate Getai with low class entertainment and seldom watch getai. It is actually a misconcept as Getai Culture is a high class entertaiment Performance with decent singers and hosts. But then our dear friend here think that Getai is still like the past where audience appreciate low class cross dressing. Think this fellow should go and watch Hao Hao cross dress. Hao hao cross dress does not appear as low class - In fact, it is a highly entertaining performance appreciate by many ppl including youngsters. I do not fancy low class cross dressing where the guy wear something oversize as woman asset. Woman asset are never meant to be belittle as a joke on stage. I hated people whom made fun of woman by ugly cross dressing. I had to admit that he is funny but i feel very uncomfortable when he used woman as a joke on stage.
