12.06.10 （Sat) - I am very glad to be a member Of Hao Hao Fan Club as no one in Facebook said anything about today getai. However, the admin of the Fan Club Sms me about Hao Hao is the host for today so i get to know about today getai.

I would said that this is not really a getai, it is rather like a variety show. Nevertheless, whatever performance involving Getai singers, i would said this is a getai.

I loved North West Roadshow because
1)they usually used big budget on their band
2)their super big tentage(no worry about rain)
3) Good Host - usually are Hao Hao and Liu Ling Ling but today is hao hao only as Liu Ling Ling's dad just passed away on the 9.06.10.
4) There is usually Big superstars from Taiwan
5) There is usually 杂技表演 from China

Today is also the same. Quite worth to keep the effort to come today - not solely because Hao Hao is the host but i can to hear and see 张秀卿 performance. Quite like her song - 車站, to hear the original singer sing this song is specially nice.

Sky Dancers from Penang Malaysia. Their performance remind me of the other Malaysia Group "Black Cats" and the smaller group "夜猫". Wonder why today performance did not ask 夜猫 to come


Hao Hao - I took many photos of Hao Hao as I thought of putting his photos in FB but then, the photos are so tiny.. In FB will be even more small so I just left the photos in my blog only

13.03.10 - Today Had went to Sembawang Crescent Blk 326, in front of Jelutung Community Club to watch getai. I am not very familiar with Sembawang. In fact, the last time i went to Sembawang is like 10 years ago where Sembawang Interchange was not even build. Luckily i found a passer by whom directed me to the correct direction as my on hand print out of the street directiony did little help in pointing the right direction.

Today getai was excellent as like other North west Road Show in Yishun area. I am standing very far from the stage so my photos shots are not very good.

神秘夜猫 - This group had not created any wow factor for me anymore, i also do not know why as their performance is not too bad, i think i am tired of their standard performance each time they come on stage.

14/11/2009 (sat): Today mum and I went to Yishun Ave 9 Opp Blk 243 to watch getai. As there is a slight rain, we only managed to arrive at the area at around 8.25pm. By then, half of the performance are gone as the getai started at 7 pm according to those aunties whom talked to one another at the bus stop area. It is not difficult to find my way to Blk 243 with some help from the website. I find that with website help, i can easily find my way to places that i am not familiar. My favourite site is http://www.streetdb.com/ . Not only this site show where is the area, it also show me what bus to take.


But Today hosts are the combination of Hao Hao and Liu Ling Ling - one is my favourite, the other is mum favourite. Their combination hosting are rather entertaining, i liked them both very much as well though my favourite is hao hao. I only watched 5 performances only.

The singers i had watched are 高凌风, 黑猫， 刘心玲， 李宝恩， 王昱清。 By Favourite singer is of course Black cat, i love their cheerleaders performance, they are really very Professional dancers. 高凌风 is not too bad, i only liked three songs sing by him :冬天里的一把火， 燃烧吧火鸟 and 姑娘的酒窝. I am not too sure if he sing all those songs but i only heard him sing 燃烧吧火鸟. I think he did sing 冬天里的一把火 that is also what made him famous.

My photo taking today are not very well taken esp the first few pictures where i am sitting near the side of the stage. I suspect the strong lights to be the main reason why it is affecting my photos so much but when i changed position to the centre area, the photos turned out to be not so bad.





高凌风, it is nice to see him on stage but i wonder does he always put on his sunglasses on stage, remind me of taiwan 非哥.
