14.05.11 （Sat): Today went to sheng Hong temple to watch gezaixi. Somehow, today opera is not very good - not sure of reason although i loved taiwan gezaixi. Maybe today is sad story mah. Think the huadan and xiaosheng not charming enough although their performance were very good. Hua dan is a bit plump to be xiao sheng while xiao sheng was too short. But had to say - overall performance were prefect as like each and every taiwan opera shown in singapore.

Ming Chang Family are all court officers
Jing Long and his sister, Lee er
In a strong storm, Lee er meet Ming chang and fall in love with him
Jin Long was forced to go to Ming Chang Family to propose for the marriage. But the mum asked for 60m from Jin long
Jin Long was tricked to rob the court money for dowry of his sister. During the robbery, a court officer was stabbed by Jin Long's fellow brother, Fan. Fan stabbed the officer to frame Jin Long
In Ming Chang and Lee er marriage, the injured officer came back and revealed the truth before he died
Meanwhile, Fan raped Fu Rong - Jin Long lover
Because of Jin Long soft heart to let fan off, Fan managed to kill his teacher before he escaped
Jin Long promised to take care of Fu Rong but fu rong cannot forget the past and killed herself
Ming chang and his dad caught Jin Long. Fan was killed in front of the officers by Jin Long
Qing Qing - ming chang sister informed Lee er that her brother will be sentenced to death
They rushed to see Jin Long
Jin Long requested to drink poison wine instead. He drank the wine
Lee er finally arrived. Her brother blamed her for blaming him for the robbery. End of show
