Went esp to watch tonight performance. I thought it will be a nice performance and indeed, tonight is the best show i had watched esp it is a comedy performance.

Today story: A man was given a portrait of 4 beauties. In order to find the 4 beauty, he disguised himself as a woman and sold himself in the house of a rich man where there live the 3 beauties he meet at the riverside. The story ended with him marrying the 3 beauties and his own cousin, fulfilling his dream of 4 beauties.

风流皇子,becoming a woman in order to be close to the 3 beauties. Very funny performance here

















The sister thought the prince was drowned. Little know that the prince was acting as maid in ppl's house. Now he was discovered.

Today story of 伯邑考进宝 is story of  <;封神榜~ 妲己>


Quite a classic story, but i think it is very sad story where a dad was forced to eat his own son's meat in order to live. sad sad to the max.



Da Ji and her sisters were little demons in today's story.

周武王,周文王 second's son

周文王 was well-versed in fortune-telling, it is this talent that harm him and his son in the end.




纣王 and 妲己

In a calculation of nation's future,周文王 prediction was deem to be disloyal to the nation. He was ordered to be in jail



7 years passed






伯邑考 decided to bring 3 treasure to the palace to save his father. The three treasures are 美女,七香车、醒酒毡与白猿






Da Ji fall in love with 伯邑考 but was rejected. In anger, she decided to fame him



At a white ape performance, his ape attached Da ji. It was ordered to be killed on the spot. 伯邑考 was accused of disloyalty. Evil da ji suggested cooking him and make his flesh into bun to give to his own dad to eat. 伯邑考 was killed.

In jail, 周文王 made prediction that his son had died.



The evil officer came to order 周文王 to eat the human-flesh bun

In order to be release immediately,周文王 ate the buns.

Went to watch again. Today story watched already i think two years ago. Forgot when but i think the story was in my blog also. Anyway, Today is a tragic story, i seldom like to watch tragic performance but nevertheless, today is another wonderful performance.







The poor mum died when her husband was forced to marry a rich missy. The two child, Li jun and zhao rong were left to fend for themselves. They become separated when both fall into the river.



Two little kids in the opera performance. The little boy is Chen Zhi Ming son while the little girl is 明华园小旦 sun wen's daughter. I think little girl is only 6 years old, totally like her mum, can act and sing very well.

Grow up Zhao Rong was a member of 天地会

天地会 reminded me of wei xiao bao...hahahaha



Grow-up Li Jun was the maid of a missy whom treated her like real sister

By a cruel fate of life, Zhao Rong killed the rich son, his half-brother



Zhao Rong was captured by his father.



Li Jun beg for her missy to save her brother

in the trial, his father realised his son's identity. Zhao Rong refused to forgive his father. His father was forced by his superior to sentence his son to death penalty.

陈丽巧 as the father had a wonderful performance here, her expression when she is forced to do the judgement is great.

In the jail, Zhao rong think of his sad childhood.

This sad 儿歌 《一只鸟仔哮啾啾》 was repeated toward the end of the performance. It tell the story of how 1 bird cannot find his own nest. It remind The lead character of how he never had his father's love as a child.

The father was seriously injured when the solider give chase and shoot him

At the last moment, 血溶于水, all fault was forgiven with tragic ending
